A light, Provence style rosé sourced exclusively from vineyards in the Texas High Plains. Cinsault naturally has larger grapes and clusters, making it an ideal variety for light red wines and rosés. This wine was harvested at night, whole cluster pressed soon after (to ensure a light body), then fermented in stainless steel.
